Laurie Huston from News for the Heart is talking with Tracy McBurney on the Groove we are stuck in versus the Groove we Create. It is about getting our Groove Back. When we discussed the groove we are stuck in – it came about because of how so many people are now needing their old stuck groove to avoid the pain and try and find a way to overcome all the messiness that has resulted after over a year of dealing with COVID. Again we shared that Judgement is keeping us from BEing Clear. What we all need is to find a way to BEcome clear – and when we find ourselves in judgement we can know we are NOT clear.
