V. Visual people learn best by seeing things. They use sensory specific words like see, view, show, illuminate, reveal, the big picture, and envision when they describe things. These people are generally clairvoyant, and see visions, symbols. They are easily able to do meditations that are guided visual meditations. To relax, they need things that use their sense of sight, like candles, flowers, books, art and visualizations.

A. Auditory Tonal people learn best by hearing instructions, hearing songs and listening to what they are learning. They use sensory specific words like hear, listen, silence, all ears, resonate and sound when they describe things. These people are generally clairaudient and hear messages from things they listen to, like music or the TV or hear guides. They are able to meditate by listening to meditation CD’s or by listening to music. To relax, they need things that use their sense of sound, like music, guided meditations, running water, bells or anything that is gentle to the ears.

K. Kinesthetic people, Clairsentient, Empaths learn best by how they feel about things. They use sensory specific words like feel, feelings, touch, grasp, tap into, make contact and hard or soft when they describe things. These people are generally clairsentient and feel empathy, know how people are feeling or reacting, may see things that represent a symbol to them of a feeling versus an actual picture of an event. They are able to meditate by paying attention to their own feelings, breathing, and being in touch with the way the meditation makes them feel. To relax, they need things that use their sense of feeling, like baths, walks, massages, relaxation and or guided meditations that they can focus on how they experience the meditation, versus seeing it.

A. Auditory Digital people learn best by knowing things. They use sensory specific words like think, understand, communicate, learn, perceive, motivate and know when describing things. These people are generally clairaudient, but seem to know the outcomes, versus having to hear them. They are able to meditate by knowing how to meditate, they have a thirst to know everything when they get interested in something, so they plunge themselves into it and know everything about it. To relax, they need things that use their sense of knowing like reading, taking courses to learn about yourself or interests and journaling. Often these people can tune into their own higher selves and should take the time to develop this skill.
